In a guest editorial which ran in yesterday's News Journal, Dave Stevenson, Director of CRI's Center for Energy Competitiveness, made the case for Delaware's withdrawal from the state level cap and trade scheme known as the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI).
Stevenson called for passage of House Bill 86, which would end Delaware's participation in RGGI and is pending before the Delaware Legislature.
